  • Kilimanjaro Mountain

The Northern Circuit Route is the longest and most scenic route on Mount Kilimanjaro. It approaches the mountain from the western side via the Lemosho Gate and then circles around the quieter northern slopes before joining the summit path. This extended route offers outstanding acclimatization, making it one of the safest and highest success-rate options.

Trekkers pass through all major ecological zones including lush rainforest, heath, moorland, alpine desert, and arctic summit zones before reaching Uhuru Peak (5,895m). Because of its length and low traffic, it provides a true wilderness experience with panoramic views from nearly every angle of the mountain.
