Itinerary

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a MaxKiliDreamTours representative and transferred to your hotel in Moshi. After check-in, you will enjoy dinner and rest as you prepare for your upcoming Lemosho Route adventure. Later, you will meet your mountain guide for a detailed briefing, equipment check, and final preparation.

You begin your adventure at Lemosho Gate where registration is done before entering the lush rainforest zone. The trail is rich with tall trees, birds, and wildlife sounds. This is a gentle introduction to Kilimanjaro trekking. You will enjoy a peaceful walk through dense forest.

The trail becomes more rocky and dry as you approach the summit base camp. This is a crucial preparation day for the final ascent. Climbers rest early to prepare for midnight summit attempt. The environment is cold and harsh.

Frequently Asked & Question

The Lemosho Route is considered a moderately challenging trek. It is suitable for climbers with a reasonable level of fitness and offers one of the highest summit success rates due to its excellent acclimatization profile.

No technical climbing experience is required. However, regular physical exercise and preparation before the trek are highly recommended to improve your chances of reaching the summit.

Essential items include hiking boots, warm clothing, waterproof gear, a sleeping bag, trekking poles, gloves, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a daypack. A detailed packing list will be provided after booking.

Our professional porters carry your main duffel bag and camping equipment. You only need to carry a small daypack containing personal essentials.
